Support from Management
Our leadership is only interested in making sure their job is protected. The atmosphere is not one of a team environment it is only of one that is centered around protecting leadership. Management does not coach and develop, they just use their team members as scape goats and fire at will without taking responsibility for their own actions.
Our company does not have an active HR department. So teams are allowed to behave anyway they choose based on favoritism.
