The environment it's so unprofessional that the nickname for this company is club USA or ghetto USAA because the advocates are very businesslike . They are loud and Kearse alliance come in under the influence of drugs and alcohol and dressed very inappropriately for business environments and the Raytown location is considered the corporate office but it's the worse out of all three call centers . Since I'm a supervisor in working with my team I tried to impress upon them the importance of if this is their starter job that beings three the straight out of high school or her students in college and this is their first non-fast food position that's because we do have clients walk the call center their demeanor on the phone and the way they carry themselves at the office is a representation of the type of employee or worker that they are.
Support from management
Upper management is not consistent in setting rules regulations and guidelines for the evidence . There's no consideration for the advocates needs in regards to emergency from home and etc.
