There was no communication to the employees about business decisions despite the fact it is an employee owned business.

Workplace Safety

Lack of communication, low morale, micro managed, constant change in commissions if they were available and changes in "rules". They hired people without checking backgrounds which resulted in the police being called numerous times. Fights(physical) on company grounds. A family member of an employee broke in using her code and then threatened to "shoot the place up " after shoving a supervisor around. They do not care for employees physical or mental health.
