Providing each customer calling in with the most support available and meeting their needs under such high demands and importance to manage their money.
What I dislike about the company
It’s a learn as you go opportunity in which I believe to be at the best assistance needed through the training process there should be one on one interactions with first time calls. Better for the client as well as stronger support team.
