Suggestions for improvement
- Fix the company rather than say "It is the nature of the business." It is not, this place could be a stellar workplace if the higher-ups cared about their workforce.
What I like about the company
Work-life was at a premium. It was truly awesome if I had a second job activity that I needed to attend. The company was slow to respond to work-life events and they are quick to assign violation points. The violation points' verbiage is meant to be degrading and harmful to one's self esteem. I would avoid working here.
What I dislike about the company
Life started out okay, but I had the WORST manager. She was very demanding, she would giggle instead of a thank you or you're welcome, causing ambiguity whether the remark was snide or not. The company would not make good on their own promises. The company degrades its employees rather than standing behind them.
