Suggestions for improvement

  • Quit spending all your money on Sigma Six Blackbelts thinking you will improve the customer and employee experience. You should trust your people for this. This would also give them a chance to branch out from their respective silo.

I like about the employer

Onsite cafeteria means you can over pay market value for all your stress eating. Onsite company store means you get to buy a new shirt for all the weight you gain without leaving the premise. You can spend half your wellness time walking to and from the gym, which more than likely is a quarter mile from your desk.

I like about the employer

Great mission, great "foot soldiers," a lot of promises...

I dislike about the employer

...that never materialize if you're over 25. If so, they move you around from department to department until your job becomes meaningless or they just funnel you into their frontline management training machine whether you are good at it or not. Sadly, very few frontline managers have any business managing anything, much less people. The ones that do either get promoted or quit so you're left with some bozo who has no idea what you do on a daily basis and will judge your performance accordingly. A frustrating place to work.
