The company culture that is boated about to the outside world is amazing. The reality is anything but. When you are hired you are told that you matter and a work/life balance for you is important to the company. That is just not true.
Support from Management
This depends on the level of leadership you are working with and of course the individual. Too much power over the employees is given to individual managers which means that employees have nowhere to turn for help if there is a dispute with management.
