Support from management
Very unrealistic expectations. I was spoken to by management because I did not leave my work station as a teller one day working in a different branch than my own to help with coverage to help someone jump start their car. I was later fired because a member cried when I told her her driver's license was expired when I asked her for her ID.
Suggestions for improvement
- Do not fire honest hard-working employees!
What I like about the company
I liked the location and the business hours.
What I dislike about the company
I found their expectations of selling products to members to be unreasonable. Also, they claim to care for their members, but as an employee and a member who just opened two loans with them, they fired me because a member cried when I told her that her driver's license was expired. I feel a written warning would have been a much more appropriate form of corrective action.
