No one has trust. It's all lip service.
Support from management
Lack of leadership and accountability
Every department is looking out for themselves.
Freedom to work independently
Too much work assigned to new employees and managers.
Generic emails and communication with no real follow through.
Office / Work Environment
Outdated systems and machinery. Questionable health concerns.
What ever can be done to reduce cost is ok, even at the expense of the others.
Days off? Might as well quit. Too much pressure to be available 24/7, 365.

- Follow through on what is being preached, At all levels.
