I have a disability which I havre not been accommodated for despite my asking. There are no relocation programs available for persons with disabilities.

The mangers/supervisors are the problem not the work.

They feel threatened when you bring up valuable ideas.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Patient education, a supervisor on-site at all times to enforce policies and procedures. Caring more for their employees. Improving toxic environments.

What I like about the company

Some clients/patients make you feel like it's worth it. They are grateful and kind and sometimes will even reward you with Starbucks cards and food, etc. That is what really makes my job rewarding, knowing that I am doing a good enough job for them to be

Lack of management and enforcing employee conduct in the workplace. Lack of organization.
