no fairness whatsoever, only the supervisors mattered.
Support from management
Supervisors had no experience , they were given the position because of freindship with Manager and assistant manager, they showed favoritism towards employees and they made our work environment very dull , routinary, no interest in employees .
We were not allowed to interact with other co-workers , othaer than our brks or not in work. We were seen like robots not human beings.
Freedom to work independently
We were not equals, unless you kissed up to the supervisors or were good freinds with one of them.
No opportunities unless you were friends with one of the supervisors or you smooshed up to one
Attitude towards older colleagues
I was there for 2 yrs , never once were given a raise or offered a differen't position, when i was offered the job we were told we would get a raise after the 6 month period.
The training that was provided was very poor
Overall compensation for your work
No our salaries were started higher than minimum wage , after a year it was lowered , we were not given a choice. It was just cut
Office / Work Environment
The cafeteria was very small, the envirnment was nothing to look forward too.
no vacation days , unpaid only, and had to request way in advance
NO , they lie when you are offered the position
NO STABILITY , YOU NEEDED TO BE CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU DID OR SAID ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS OR YOU ARE GONE.
They allowed Dogs if you were blind , and hired blind people
A brief training is provided when hired.

That it was a government contract / according to them
What I dislike about the company
We were not treated equals, the supervisors were the only ones whom were able to use government discounts , they were given all the previlages for growth and stability , There is too much favoritism and unfairness, Their unemployment rate is very high , their policy on hiring and firing is if i like you and the way you think you have a job , if i don't than don't expect to be too long here. And they assure you are humiliated before you are fired.
