- Many ready to retire should retire as it has bad implications to retaining the new more educated employees who are assets but not willing to settle for poor management.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
50% employees are ready to retire. These folks that have around so long were hired at very low level positions who have been around a long time and have moved up due to time in and not education. Communications and management are not effective as result.
