Support from management
Little to no leadership. No direction or assistance from those in leadership. Employees are more knowledgeable than the leaders.
Suggestions for improvement
- Company could benefit from EEOC training. In person training and not online training. Leadership could use an overhaul by top management.
What I like about the company
It was employment if you are just looking for a "job". The pay was fair.
What I dislike about the company
No chance for advancement. You have to apply for a leadership position. Positions given on who you know, not what you know.
