Support from management
Good ole boys mentality. If you were not hand selected by the President, your input is limited.
Great managers and directors. Its unfortunate they are not rewarded accordingly.
Discontinued any additional external training starting from director level on down.
Overall compensation for your work
No bonuses in two years and no raises this year. Even the physicians were denied their bonuses. They were forced to take stock worth the same as a Little Ceasar's pizza.
Office / Work Environment
Yes, we have nice facilities but they cant afford coffee for the staff while they spend over $500K on physician retreats.
Site managers work anywhere between 55 - 60 hours a week yet the providers are walking out at 4:30 pm.
No...we continuously hear rumors that we are going to be bought out.
Three RIFs in a year and half.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stick to one organizational structure for at least a year before revamping it.
What I like about the company
I liked that I was able to experience what it I like to work for a newly developed healthcare system.
What I dislike about the company
Poor executive decisions. The politics. Lack of recognition.
