Overall Compensation for your work
Pay was pore at first, it took way too long and kind of a fight to get fair compensation after I was promoted to a manager from within. Overall benefits package is very pore and the main reason I resigned. In the end the owner and I could not agree on time off so I could have a good work life balance. No match on 401k and over 1 year before you can put money in.
