Suggestions for improvement
- More flexible working hours including the ability to work from home; parking reimbursement; no manager approval needed for tuition reimbursement
What I like about the company
Supportive co-workers, some training opportunities available, health and wellness programs available including on-site fitness center, multiple dining options available on campus, somewhat flexible work schedule, early dismissal allowed on some holidays, great benefits, etc.
What I dislike about the company
Sometimes management takes a while to respond to requests, regardless of approval/denial; work hours can be somewhat inflexible without the ability to work from home; job security is questionable at times, especially given the layoffs last year; management is not as transparent about company financial situation; some departments spend more on their employees than others (i.e. holiday parties, snacks, etc.); parking is not provided or reimbursed; etc.
