Worst, very discriminative and telling human resources is even worse because they work together.
The best way to improve is for upper management to always do thorough inveatigation when managers are being reported of their unethical behaviours rather than condole it.
Suggestions for improvement
- Work on keeping your employees. Many only get experience and leave because they are not happy and take the experience they get to improve other companies when they cam use it to improve the hospital.
