Very clicky. Although upper management is unaware.
Support from Management
Leadership tends to exaggerate what they are going to do.
In the very beginning within the US this company had great teamwork and everyone was motivated & it was awesome to be a part of. Over time with new employees, clicks developed. Became less of a collaborative group.
Level of Autonomy
Too much autonomy. I believe the main reason for the autonomy is because everyone is so strapped for time.
