Support from management
My immediate supervisor was a pretty cool, decent person. The other ones in the company were just there to kick you whenever something happened that ended up with you in the office.
All locators were treating equally. Nobody felt respected.
Waited a year for my "raise", which was supposed to come imeediately after your training, or so I was told.
If your shift ends at 3:00pm, expect a call at 2:40 "telling" not "asking" for you to do overtime...all the time.
This company tries it's best to get rid of you.
Suggestions for improvement
- Respect your employees, give them reasonable compensation and care about keeping them.
What I like about the company
They give you a truck to take home, which is your transportation to and from work.
What I dislike about the company
I was told that I would work near home in the initial interview and second interview. Once I was finally done with training, and assigned a route of my own, it was an hour and a half from home...my drive back home after shift took over 2 hours...daily.
