Suggestions for improvement
- Be fair, consistent and confidential handling call in information, scheduling and reprimand. Do not violate the employees privacy by asking "why" employees are calling in; do not try to intimate the employee for calling in, making them feel guilty. Try to accommodate employees for requested days off and let them know earlier than the day of request time off so vacation plans can be made.

Not enough staff.
When I'll you have to call in 16 hours in advance to have an excused absence.
Does not accommodate your schedule when pursuing a,nursing degree forcing many to quit work in order to promote their medical degree.
