No everyone is in fear of job security. That no one owns up to their mistakes. Instead of working together to move the district forward, all would rather blame issues on anyone else to save their own skin. No actual investigation into any allegations but a he said she said process with findings always to the first one to say rumors regardless of black and white findings
Support from management
Poor structure. Policies are often violated favoritism precedes laws and regulations. The more you speak up the more you will be retaliated against.
You are singled out and targeted if senior staff are intimidated by your skills and knowledge. Harassment begins almost immediately and if you report such instances management will threaten you with a write up about not being a team player.
Freedom to work independently
Job position are constantly being modified by other employees lack of responsibility. The harder you work the more job duties will be placed without any type of compensation.
Job security is an illusion. Working for this school district is same as being in high school itself expecting children to follow the lead big adults who rather fit in with the crowd then do the right thing by law.

- Provide more structure and better communication. Have better audits on quality and law compliance

It's not about the children. It's who you know and how much you are willing to cover for those individuals
