Food & Beverage Director
Culture is good from the exterior from the caring staff and management.
Support from management
Leadership is poor and does nothing but CYA and have meetings to discuss further meetings. Poor direction.
None existent.Staff is not accountable and this makes it difficult for many workers who want to do a nice days work.
Office / Work Environment
Everything in The Village was help together with duct tape and wire. Not very well maintained due to budget squeezing.
Upper mgt. does not care. They believe there is always someone that wants to replace you in the mountains. Turn em and burn em!
Suggestions for improvement
- Invest in your people and allow them to have a quality of life. Breckenridge management sucked.
What I like about the company
The perks of the ski pass, but really that is only $500 in the big picture. Office just off the mountain with great view and energy in peak seasons.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management seems that it is better to turn and burn mgt. vs allowing them to grow and contribute. This cost them a lot of prodcutive, cost increases, poor guest experiences thus losing money by not caring for their staff.
