Most of the company wants to see you succeed as long as your bringing in money for the bottom line.
Freedom to work independently
Always a boss above you that wants to see something done their way. Usually a new f and b director every 18 months and they change the direction of their vision
Department to department communication breaks down. Important add on events are not always communicated properly
Suggestions for improvement
- Less turnover at the top. Makes it difficult to set goals when the target is always moving. Also the fact that they view many seasonal employees as disposable is a little uneasy.

Work life balance, benefits, job security
What I dislike about the company
Many leaders are there because they make money for the company and as long as you do that you have a job. They could be causing the workplace to be the inviting for most and that's why many departments have such high turnover
