There is always team members to talk to and also management is thee with an open door policy.
Workplace safety is an absolute must in this environment. Everyone is involved and actively practices safe work practices
Director will throw you under the bus to save themselves

From start to finish a Cna will work your tail off. Maybe get a lunch break maybe not. Anything that goes wrong is your fault. Never a nurse fault
Word travels fast. Good and bad. After all it's easier to discuss than fix problems
Very little males in this industry
