Support from management
There are two many chief's and not enough Indian's. All but one employe was friendly and a team player who worked for the common goal of creating a pleasant work environment.
Non exsistant! This is the biggest problem saw with the company is the lack of communication.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No career advancement. Dead end job.
NO! There was no proper teaming you had to learning in the job with trial & error. When you made an error it was point out quite quickly.
Overall compensation for your work
There were none.
Office / Work Environment
It is always freezing cool. In the winter the air conditioning was always running. Employee's have to wear thermal underwear.
No it doesn't not.
There wasn't any job security.
There wasn't any need for it base on how the building was build.
Again, no training.
I am but, don't feel management acknowledges it.
