This was a satisfactory company to work for. Management was sensitive to employee conditions and social responsibility.
Suggestions for improvement
- There are too many tests to pass relative to modern banking, i.e. detecting fraud, identity theft etc. Reducing them would be good. Not sure what the alternative is, though.
What I like about the company
Management cares about the employees while--at the same time--fostering a trustworthy reputation before the public. They looked for ways to provide incentives for excellent performance.
What I dislike about the company
It is a big institution and new employees need to learn to navigate its large bureaucracy.
