Management listens to only a select few and actively discourages input from everyone else. Problems get swept under the rug, which does not bode well for the future. Leaders rule by fear and intimidation. High staff turnover rate.
Not much diversity. Your opinion? It's not wanted.
Suggestions for improvement
- If you're hiring smart people, then have managers who encourage workers to think and contribute ideas, rather than silencing your employees.
