No real culture. Everyone does their own thing. Seniors keep to themselves; more of a clique environment.
Support from management
Management here is minimal. The EVP was just hired into a industry that he’s never worked in; also he’s in business development but comes from a procurement background. Thus, he doesn’t fully understand the way a sales cycle and a sales call works.
Sales team is more of an individual platform; each representative is responsible for 500 leads a week (cold leads).
