Support from management
You will be the leadership and backbone of this company. You will not be able to rely on management to ensure anything gets done, plain and simple.
Thanks to a handful of lower level employees, this company manages to thrive in certain areas.
Freedom to work independently
You will be pushed, until your breaking point is found, and then backed off to get the absolute most from you being there.
Women have the unfortunate position of generally acting as eye candy to HR and upper management, and little else. I'm not sure I'd call that equality.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Considering an overwhelming majority of the employee's hired here, are under 25, to ensure they have the least amount of real work place experience, guaranteeing that upper management may exploit and take full advantage.
They've got great doors to walk right out of!
