Okay, there are some hidden problem on every level of the management
Support from management
No, always there is always an hurdle in each process the immediate supervisor are the real problem there is no clear information on what your company expects from you
Freedom to work independently
No that's all I can say
No they are clearly visible . It used to be as per top management but not anymore. Company was taken over 2 years ago by a very big corporate and they have a very good vision and the goals are totally outstanding but the old management people are still in the company who are taking till taking decision and spoiling the work environment
Office / Work Environment
Not good we have very small place to share and not even the managers have a closed office if an individual want to talk about his or her problem
No repeated work but even if you want to work challenging you are to encouraged to do so as it has to come form supervisor and he won't encourage.

Suggestions for improvement
- Company which bought should take over completely and replace all top management now and run the company. I am confident the parent company higher official would do a better job than what they have now
What I like about the company
Old management was too good . I had lot of opportunity to learn , employees where friendly. I learnt a lot on manufacturing side
What I dislike about the company
New management and top officials are so bad. They really don't have a vision ahead they just want to keep people who they want and who supports the existing management more.
