  • More leaders less followers. Less gossip and backstabbing. Schedules would be done in advance.

I love the products we sell I love being able to work with a variety of people and customers I love Helping people and I love fashion

What I dislike about the company

There's not enough managers they do not Do the schedule in a timely manner or work with you it would flexibility There's not organization there's no use what you should do there's no leadership you just do

Suggestions for improvement

  • Training would be more extensive. Everyone would be on the same page, better communication. Promoting wouldn't be the decision of just the District Manager alone. The policies and procedures would be enforced 100%.

What I like about the company

Enjoyed the people I worked with.

What I dislike about the company

Need a better way of promoting, not just based on one person's thoughts and feelings. Should be based on numerous things such as, work ethic, knowledge of job, ability to lead, communication skills, etc. If someone shows devotion to company that should be acknowledged and rewarded. Often lose good workers because they don't take care of there employee's.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Pay, update technology, some benefits for part time employees who have been with the company for a certain amount of time, better control of truck deliveries, better loading of trucks, warehouse needs improvement...this would make it easier for stores to receive trucks, stopping trucks at least a week before a store has inventory.

What I like about the company

The opportunity to grow within the company and move up is very good. The people I work with make my job enjoyable.

What I dislike about the company

The pay needs to be raised. From starting positions up to management. They start at minimum wage ($7.25/hr) and for the work that is expected its hard to keep employees at that rate of pay. Also I think that the decision making about promotions should have a set time range that they should have to be made in, example 30 days max. I have been running my store as the "store manager" but still have the title and pay of assistant manager. I have been waiting on the decision to make me the actual store manager from my RVP for over a year now. I don't think this is fair, especially since they won't give back pay if they decide to make me the store manager.
