Company culture is okay.
Support from management
No support and the goals are very unrealistic and hard to achieve in an 8 hour period.
1% of the time management will work to help on the floor to give patient care other 99% they are either too busy of in a 3-4 hour meeting.
Freedom to work independently
Everyone who works on the floor is trusted to work independently because management does not want to work on the floors.
The company does not formal introduce new staff. You just see the new person so you never really knows who is in charge. Changes are made and you are not informed it is like oh you did not know we changed that. I
Women are treated fairly.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They do hire all ages.
The company do provide tuition reimbursement.
Overall compensation for your work
No compensation do not match what I should make for my experience.
Office / Work Environment
At times it is hard for them to adjust temperature and technology is kind of up to date.
They do recycle newspapers products.
If at any time where as we are staff challenged and I do not get my charting done if I leave I have to come back to do it off the clock and I have children and they do not allow you to bring your children there so it can complicate things especially if you have as many as 25 patients and you have to chart on them which can take about 1 hour or more plus give care.
I am somewhat proud.
No I do not feel that my job is stable.
The company has an elevator that has been broken for over two years.
The company does provide training but it is the employees that do not help to prevent accidents.
I am proud of the work I do but at times I feel that I wish I could do more.
Inclusive / Diverse
I would like my opinions to count but I do not think that the company values their employees opinions or ideas that much
The following benefits were offered to me
