I started working for this company 4 years ago. I have had reasonable raises, but I have great flexibility...
Suggestions for improvement
- About the only thing I can think of is better medical, but that's probably not too different from other similar sized companies. After all, there are plenty of perks to working for a cheer company, so I guess they don't need to lure people with too many extras.
What I like about the company
I can work from home in an emergency situation. My direct boss is very understanding about family situations, as long as you don't take advantage of the situation. Depending on what you do, you may get to travel to the corporate office in Indianapolis or one of the satellite offices in Dallas, or even one of the competition venues like Orlando.
What I dislike about the company
It's hard to think of any. Most people in some departments like the instructional camps have known each other for years and are very tight knit, but they are friendly and open to new people if you are outgoing and make the effort to enter their social circle. People generally enjoy their jobs. It's a cheerleading company after all!
