Suggestions for improvement

  • Better communication between the Managment staff and employees also incentives. Provide the employees with positive feedbacks instead of making them feel like they’re are always doing something wrong when they want to either fire someone because they don’t want to give raises or demoted them for the same reason.

What I like about the company

The people you work for become your family. Also the care of our patients are very important they become family also and just want what’s best for them. The company is growing and it’s a great place to gain some experience starting off.

What I dislike about the company

Managment, surveillance, over work and under paid. You work out of your scope.
