Management often rushed workload cutting corners to be able to leave early. Often requested not to explain procedures to patients.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Management had favorite employees who received better hours and treatment.
Overall compensation for your work
Paychecks were not often paid on time. Had to wait in the office for management to print out checks manually or asked to come back at another time. Time clock constantly broken had to keep track of own hours. Was told salary was for 8 hours per day regardless if of actual work hours. I.e. 4 hour days or 15 hour days. Management claimed they paid overtime then would change their statement.
Office / Work Environment
Equipment not properly maintained or kept up to standard. Often assembled with spare parts. Company vehicles maintained by employees frequently broke down and not properly maintained I.e. Cracked windshields
There is no set schedule. Often received text messages via cell phone the night prior to shifts ( sometimes less than 6 hours notice) some days worked 3-4 hours. Other days up to 15 hours, most days required about 3-4 hours of driving time to accounts.
No employees do not talk fondly of company unless personal friends of management
Did not feel job was stable. One week received 40 hours, the next week 10-20 hours based on " accounts not being open or available." Management would cut shifts and make changes in schedule without notice
No. Limited training especially when working with nuclear isotopes and radioactivity. Employees often would preform procedures without gloves including iv's often getting blood on them from patients. Also witnessed employees receive dirty needle sticks and not report to management.
