Central office seems out of touch with local branches, which causes distrust at the lowest levels (the instructors). Local administration is in touch and very supportive of its instructors, and seems to hold sway with the central office when there is time to appeal, but the local administrators do not always get to make the final decisions. Overall, I had a very enjoyable time and felt like I grew a lot in my ability. I got some mixed communication about what was expected of me concerning the computer system that the central office wanted us to use, which caused some concern for my job. Locally, however, it wasn't a big deal. Ultimately, I had to leave because of the pay situation. As a temp you are "contract" labor, and as such are not really paid by the hour, which can be very confusing, since they expect you to punch in and out like everyone else. Ultimately, I was glad to go when the time came, but again I really enjoyed working there. Thanks, Vatterott (Wichita)!
Suggestions for improvement
- Let the local administrators do their job and stop pushing so many changes on the instructors. Let local admin decide whether to adopt some new program or idea rather than forcing it on the instructors from on high.

What I dislike about the company
trickle down bad feelings among permanent employees made the atmosphere stuffy at times.
