Company Culture

Working at my location was a great experience. Mismanagement at the corporate level caused all colleges to close forever in 2018.

Support from management

For many years I did. Around 2017, they (corporate) removed the copier from my office, leaving only one copier available on another floor, and were unable to pay office supply bills, my ability to function was severely hindered. I could only leave my de

Career Development

If qualified, a person could advance.

Overall compensation for your work

Most if not all employees a my location went years without a raise.

Office / Work Environment

Sometimes the temperature was out of our control, and in the hands of the building owner.

Company Image

For profit trade schools have a bad reputation. Some of it well deserved, but our teachers truely cared about the student's success.

Job Security

If we had stayed open, I am quite sure I'd still be there.

Workplace Safety

Accidents were rare.

Challenging Work

My job was different every day. Some days were more challenging than others, but that is what I liked about the job.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Allow credits to transfer, so our grads could move beyond a 2-year degree.

What I like about the company

The employees were great to work with.

What I dislike about the company

The almost total dependence on government student loans, and the fact that we were more expensive than other for profit schools. Our credits rarely transferred to a 4 yr college, making it difficult for our grads to futher thier education.
