Working at my location was a great experience. Mismanagement at the corporate level caused all colleges to close forever in 2018.

Most if not all employees a my location went years without a raise.
Office / Work Environment
Sometimes the temperature was out of our control, and in the hands of the building owner.
For profit trade schools have a bad reputation. Some of it well deserved, but our teachers truely cared about the student's success.
If we had stayed open, I am quite sure I'd still be there.
Accidents were rare.
My job was different every day. Some days were more challenging than others, but that is what I liked about the job.
Suggestions for improvement
- Allow credits to transfer, so our grads could move beyond a 2-year degree.
What I like about the company
The employees were great to work with.
What I dislike about the company
The almost total dependence on government student loans, and the fact that we were more expensive than other for profit schools. Our credits rarely transferred to a 4 yr college, making it difficult for our grads to futher thier education.
