There is no communication between Vayu and its employee once you are placed on a job.
The only time you will here from the employer is only when your time card approval is late by your client
The few people that I know of who works for Vayu, does not have a good image of the company
Suggestions for improvement
- There are a lot of things that can be improved, here are a few: 1 - Create a role of on site manager, who can meet with employees working with clients and can identify their pain points and help guide them when needed. 2 - Have a better communication process in place so that an employee can reach someone who can assist them urgently. (Sometimes ended up calling the office for 4 days with no one answering the call) 3 - Have career development and guidence for the employees to help them grow and develop thier career.
