Managers had unrealistic goals for a new hire.
Some people work well with others, some it seemed didn't want to bother.
The initial week of new hire training had zero to do with the job I was hired for. The only the job training for the actual position was nonexistent. No clear communication as to job itself.
Way too many distractions, job room was heavily traveled by those heading to smoke or cut through to elsewhere.
