Job loss was threatened regularly for things such as "not smiling at all times"

• Employee sensitivity training for owners and management. New managers.

What I like about the company

They offered a nice commission plus base pay.

What I dislike about the company

Management and owners were unrealistic in expectations and bullied employees to try to get desired results.
