Suggestions for improvement
- Company had them before...they say these are best practices. ..they are not...company won't be changing back....pay people for the many extra hrs they are forced to work
What I like about the company
Very stressful. Have to work too many hours extra with no pay....Saturdays...call outs in the middle of nite...given comp time only.
What I dislike about the company
No support for lower level management. Associates have opportunity to make more money...associates have a pension plan, mamazement wad done away with...associates have retirement medical benefits mostly paid for.. management has less or none depending on years of service without large retiree Co pays.
