What I like

I have met some really great people and was welcomed with open arms when I started. Everyone was very helpful and helped me adjust into my position.

What I dislike

Some of the employees act like mean girls and talk bad about other employees and members, and nothing is done about it.

Suggestions for improvement

I would improve the opportunities available for employees. There are many jobs that can be done remotely or even from a local office so employees shouldn't have to go to the main one that is located far away from most interested parties.

One of the best places I’ve worked. Problems are small and talked about

What I like

My managers have encouraged and pushed me to get where I want to be in the company. They are always asking for feedback and ways to improve, which I appreciate. They are an extremely diverse workplace for gender and race, which gives me a lot of support and viewpoints to discuss when I need help. Everyone is encouraged to be themselves. My direct manager does everything in their power to provide support to help me do my job better, and is willing to help when needed.

What I dislike

There are a few departments that are still more run on politics than merit, and while the benefits are awesome, sometimes the actual pay rate is still a bit low for the type of work.

Suggestions for improvement

More flexibility in customizing personal workspace environment, like sound dampening options or more quiet places to work in. Updating existing policies to better reflect the inclusive nature of the corporate culture. Emphasis on more learning and knowledge.
