Suggestions for improvement
- Calls need to be answered, especially at warehouses. Leadership support and alignment between departments. They preach a great culture but don’t support it. Leadership needs a more active role.
What I like about the company
Company is harder to work for every year. Systems are cumbersome and difficult to support customers. Often left hanging with no answers for customers. Poor management support and direction. Feeling abandoned by leadership.
