Suggestions for improvement
- Hire less foreign workers, and hire more American workers. Show more appreciation to the lower level workers. Don't reward just the upper management.
After 23 years of service, mergers and constant downsizing, I was finally released for two reasons. First, constant off-shoring of on shore jobs all to improve the bottom line for the shareholders. Second, even through the reduction of the size of the team, more was expected and you were direted to train off-shore resouces so you could be replaced.
It was best when didn't concern themselves about Shareholders and the CEO, CFO, COO, etc, big salarires.
