Leadership was okay, until an escalation call come through to your line and the supervisor doesn't want to take it after you've asked the customer can you help them without transferring to a supervisor, and gets nasty with you saying you didn't even try to see De escalate the customer.. And you know you've tried your best.
The team atmosphere depends on the energy your supervisor gives.
