Company culture

They talk a good game for culture but it's not a good one. Depends who you know

Support from Management

While I was fortunate enough to have reported to great Sr managers, others did not

Teamwork

Teamwork can be good but most of time you're driven to be in it for yourself based on company direction and how your paid/scheduled etc

Career Development

You can move up but truly was not available most of time or if your "brand" or who you know wasn't there then perceptions were formed and you stay where you are

Company culture

The culture has changed drastically over the last 7 years. Empowering staff to make decisions, respecting people and their family lives, keeping bonuses for hard work, promoting based on merit, encouraging folk, helping with actual career development and mentoring. These things are gone now and when Verizon had them-it was a great company.

Level of Autonomy

No one is trusted at all. There is constant later upon layer of micromanagement.

Support from Management

As a Customer Service Rep, we were less of a priority; however, Sales Reps were treated like gold.

Teamwork

Generally, with CSR's there was very low morale and as a result, no one really cared.

Level of Autonomy

CSR's were never left to do independent work. There would always be someone pulling us onto the floor to deal with difficult customers.

Communication

Any communications we received were for Sales Reps and rarely pertained to CSRs.
