Suggestions for improvement
- Have an independent 3rd party come in and collect specific feedback from employees and be sure that Leadership (Directors and up) actually follow through with developing leaders within the management pool. Currently there is a rampant culture of "yes men" based on fear of retribution for any open debate.

The healthcare and 401k related benefits.
I dislike about the employer
The lack of a solid leadership developement program and the lack of teamwork between the Network management.
