No concern over the employee but their metrics
No job stability. Lots of intimidation concerning your continued employment if you do not meet there continued changes in metrics demand which you will not meet and always is because of the employees decision at the end of the call

Does not matter how much money you are offered. Working in an environment of insecurity and unknown stability at work is not healthy mentally and or phisically.
