What I like about the company
Immediate supervisors tried to sound supportive of upper management, but it was obvious that they often were confused by the company direction. This created an atmosphere of uncertainty and trepidation.
Leadership was top-heavy. It felt like they company direction kept changing.
My internal team worked like a well-oiled machine. Customers appreciated the quality and speed of our work.
