They seem uninteresting in working with the unions who helped build the company asking for givebacks every contract even when posting record profits.

Metrics changed every few months, goals changed often, what they cared about one minute was not important the next. Required specific greetings and closings but don't want you to sound like a robot or script (a required greeting and closing is a script)
